IK525 Long Retractable Sootblower

Application position: Used for blowing the accumulative dusts and deposits located on the heated surfaces of boilers, like slag catcher, super-heaters, re-heaters, economizers and pipe type air pre-heater by steam or compressed air.

Working Principle:The motor drives the lance tube with carriage assembly to move forward/backward and rotate, meanwhile, the steam/compressed air is puffing out from the nozzles, continuously cleaning and clearing the boiler heated surfaces. After the sootblowing is finished, the lance tube retracts to the sootblower from the boiler.
